Admission and Tuition Rates

New students or their parent must interview with the School Administrator in person before joining the graded program. Students are placed in the level most appropriate for their age.  Each division is designed to meet the instructional needs of students according to their level of development. This ensures that the teaching of technique and the building of stamina and discipline parallels the physical and emotional readiness of the child.

Students eligible for Levels 4-7 who do not wish to enroll in the full Preprofessional Program may opt to participate in the Youth Program’s “Option II.” This program offers students the same high-quality instruction as the Preprofessional Program without the commitment to attend the complete schedule of classes for their division.

This is an excellent option for students who wish to pursue ballet on a recreational level, or who have multiple school and family responsibilities.  Students will still be eligible to perform in Western Ballet productions, but should not expect to receive principal roles, which require substantial commitments of time and energy.
