  • Tuition payments must be received on or prior to the due dates. A late fee of $15.00 will be applied to any payment received after the due date, and a finance charge (1.5% a month or 18% annually) will be applied to all balances not paid within 30 days. Invoices are only sent for past due accounts. Students whose accounts are in arrears will not be allowed into class until their accounts are brought up to date.

  • Payment plans other than Plan 1 must provide a credit card to guarantee payment. Installments not paid within ten days of due date will be charged to the credit card.

  • Payment plans can be automatically set up via credit card and should be arranged at time of registration to avoid late fees.

  • Western Ballet is a not for profit organization serving the community for over thirty years. All parents and students are required to participate in volunteer hours, show ticket sales, and other fund raising activities.
