Classes must be used within 8 weeks of purchase.
Each student must fill out a registration form annually and sign
the waiver form on the back.
Payment must be received by the first class attended. A
registration fee is not required of open class students.
The "User Specified Amount" option may be used to pay
off a balance on your account.
To receive the "advance payment" discount, payment must
be received prior to or at the time of the first class. "Advanced
payment" discounts only apply if used within 8 weeks of purchase.
After 8 weeks, any remaining credit will be deducted by $16 for each
class taken.
A finance charge (1.5% a month) will be applied to all
balances not paid within 30 days and a late fee of $16.00 will be
applied to any balance requiring a bill. Students will not be allowed
to take class until accounts are settled or a payment plan has been
worked out with the office.
