Procedures, Dress Code & Etiquette for Open Classes

Getting Started/Taking Class

You may register and pay for classes online or in person at our studios at any time.   Registration forms are located online, in the lobby, and on the clipboards in the studios. Online payment for classes using PayPal is convenient and easy. You may also pay with cash, check, or credit card at Western Ballet.

Check-in Procedure for Classes

All students must sign in on the class roster that is on the clipboard in each studio.   Please sign in prior to class or at the break between barre and center.
  1. If you have paid in advance for classes using one of our payment discounts, simply sign in on the roster in the studio and circle advanced pay on the roster.
  2. If you are paying in the studio, sign in on the roster in the studio and then enter the amount of your payment and form of payment (cash, check, or credit card) and leave your payment on the clipboard.    Payments by credit card can be taken by the class monitor.
  3. If you need assistance, just ask the class monitor.   You can always check your balance by asking the monitor or emailing us at info@westernballet.org.

Class Monitors

There are designated class monitors that assist the instructor with attendance, payments, and other administrative functions of the program.  If you have any questions about the school or classes, please see the monitor.
