Which class level should I take?

Descriptions of the different class levels can be found here. If you are still unsure which class to take, try the less advanced class. After taking the class, if you find you want more of a challenge, you can try a more advanced class next time.

When do my classes expire?

Classes expire 6 months from the purchase date.

Can I get an extension on my classes?

Extensions may be given in the case of an emergency, such as an injury. Whether an extenstion is given or not is entirely up to the discretion of the School Admin

I signed-in ahead of time, but I couldn't make it to class. Will I still be charged for the class?

Students are only charged for the drop-in classes that they attend. If you are not present in the class, your name will be removed from the roster, and you will not be charged for the class. Please call ahead if you know you cannot make it so we can free up your spot for another student and to reduce the chance of errors. If you believe we missed taking you out from the class, please contact the Open Program Admin.

My account shows that I was signed-in twice for the same time slot!

An error was probably made. Please contact the Open Program Admin, and you will get the extra class credit back.

I began taking a class, but I left before it was over. Can I get my class credit back?

Your class credit will be refunded if you leave before the Front Desk Monitor checks on the class and if you inform the Front Desk Monitor that you are leaving and want your class credit refunded. The Front Desk Monitor checks on the class about 30 minutes after the class has started. If you leave after the class has been checked and/or do not inform the Front Desk Monitor that you are leaving before they check the class, the class credit will not be refunded.
