Intermediate Summer Intensive Program
(July 9 - August 2) Ages 12 - 18 or Levels 5 - 8
This program offers students pursuing professional careers in dance incomparable opportunities to study and perform renowned roles in classical ballet. Under the guidance of accomplished instructors, students will obtain high quality training in ballet, pointe, character, jazz and modern dance, while learning essential choreography from the classical ballet "Coppelia." The program culminates in an end-of-session performance with students dancing in featured roles of the ballet as well as in the contemporary works.
The Summer Intensive Program is distinguished by its excellent faculty, master classes by former principals of major companies, and a high-caliber performing experience. An end-of-session performance of Le Corsaire
excerpts will elevate the technique and artistry of our students.

10:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday - Thursday
10:00 am - 1:00pm Friday
Registration fee waived if non-refundable deposit of $150 received by April 30, 2012
Summer classes include ballet technique, pointe, stretch and strengthen, jazz, pas de deux, bollywood, modern, classical variations, & acting for dancers.

Pre-Intermediate Summer Intensive
(July 9 - August 2) Ages 9 - 12 or Levels 2, 3, 4

Cost $750 for the session; summer registration fee $50
Registration fee waived if non-refundable deposit of $150 received by April 30, 2012.
Classes include ballet technique, stretch and strengthen, drama, jazz, and performance workshop.
Housing may be arranged with a local host family. Contact the office for more information.

Summer Children's Classes
(July 9 - August 11) for children ages 4 to 9
These Classes are age-appropriate and include specific curricula from the academic year. classes are offered include Pre-Ballet I & II(ages 4-6), Ballet III (ages 6-7), Pre-Ballet IV (ages 7-8).
Children's Classes
Pre-Ballet I & II (ages 4-6 ) Thursdays, 4:15-5:00 p.m. or Saturdays, 9:30-10:15 a.m.
Pre-Ballet III (ages 6-7) Thursdays, 5:00-6:00 p.m. or Saturdays, 10:15-11:15 a.m.
Pre-Ballet IV (ages 7-8) Thursdays, 5:00-6:00 p.m. or Saturdays, 10:15-11:15 p.m.
Level I (ages 8-9) Wednesdays 5:00-6:30 p.m. and Saturdays 11:15-12:45 p.m.
$75 Pre-Ballet I through Ballet B
$150 Level I
We do not pro-rate summer classes.
All classes are subject to cancellation if minimum student numbers are
not met. In this case, we will offer a refund for classes not taken.
Classes are age-appropriate and include specific curricula from Introduction to Ballet (ages 3-4), Pre-Ballet 1 (ages 4-5), Pre-Ballet 2 (ages 5-6), Ballet A (ages 6-7), and Ballet B (ages 7-8).
