Ticket Services:
Hours: Tuesday - Saturday, 12 noon to 6pm, and one hour prior to curtain time on event days. Ticket Services also features an after-hours phone system which accepts ticket order requests when Ticket Services is not open. Order tickets on-line at www.mvcpa.com.

The House Manager has a cell phone to receive emergency calls during performances. The phone number is (650) 740-0093.

Refunds & Exchanges:
There are no refunds unless it is necessary to cancel or re-schedule a performance. Exchange policies are set by the presenter of each event. Because the Center hosts a wide variety of producing and presenting organizations, exchange policies vary. For more information, please call Ticket Servies at (650) 903-6000.

Disability Access at MVCPA

Seating:
The MVCPA is fully accessible. Patrons who require wheelchair seating or other assistance may make arrangements with Ticket Services at 650 903-6000, at the time of ticket purchase. Notifying the Center in advance will make it possible to better serve your needs.

Additional Services:
Patrons who are visually impaired may request audio-described services and those who are aurally impaired may request translation services. For information call 650 903-6000.

Ambulatory:
Assistive ambulatory devices will be checked at the back of the theater unless the device fits completely beneath your seat.

Listening Devices:
Assistive listening devices for each theater are available free of charge in the lobby. For more information, please ask any usher.
