About Western Ballet Western Ballet, the Mountain View Ballet Company and School, is proud to have taught and performed in our home of Santa Clara County, California for over thirty years. We strive for excellence in dance education and high quality performances. We offer our students the finest studio facilities available in the Bay Area, class pianists, and an outstanding staff of professionally trained faculty with a teaching style that brings out the creativity and individuality in young artists. We employ methods from American, Russian and European schools, offering dance training that is the equal to any in the world. Many of our young dancers have gone on to join companies such as the American Ballet Theatre, San Francisco Ballet, Nederlands Dans Theater and other prominent international companies.
